Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24 hours after ordering. Foreign orders are shipped within three business days. Except for goods where it is stated, longer ordering time.

Remember to write the correct phone number when ordering, as you will receive SMS when the package is ready for pickup.

Normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-3 business days after ordering. In Greenland, delivery time is 5-10 business days.

When ordering both stock items and goods that are stated as order items, Headshopeurope.com reserves the right to either send the order partially or collectively when the order goods are in stock.

Freight

Upon delivery to an address in Denmark, the goods are shipped with Post Danmark. Foreign orders, call or write for more info and prices.

If you need to be able to receive your package on a Saturday, you must choose without distribution, as Post Nord does not deliver on Saturday. 

 We deliver to Norway, Sweden, Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Iceland.

Customs and taxes may come when your order is to be delivered in another country outside the EU. You have to pay for these expenses yourself. Customs rules vary greatly from country to country, so contact your local customs authorities if in doubt.
