Refunds

Headshopeurope.com offers a 14 day return policy, valid from the day you receive your goods. You are obliged to return the item in the same condition and quantity in original packaging as it is received. If the package contains glassware, the package must be sent as (careful package) so that we can make sure that the goods come safely to us.

You must pay postage costs associated with returning the item

 

Complaint

There is a 2 year complaint with all products purchased at Headshopeurope.com.

Always in the first place, notify customer service for information on how to do it. All injuries are assessed individually! Mail a picture of the damaged item to us at the following email address info@Headshopeurope.com along with your order number. Provided the product is not used and that the damage has occurred during the transport, the notification must be made as soon as possible.
